WMS Decorative Resource is a manufacturer’s representative agency for the luxury plumbing and hardware industry. Established in July 2004, WMS provides the highest quality sales, marketing, and customer services for Northern California, Northern Nevada, Oregon, & Washington territories. We focus on a limited group of complimenting luxury manufacturers that cater to the design and specification community.
With over 28+ years’ experience WMSDR has the industry expertise to forge strong relationships between manufacturer & dealers vital in creating an equally successful business partnership.
Our team’s experience in showroom sales, showroom management, customer service, manufacturer marketing development, and manufacturer representation offers a unique perspective to our trade, ensuring a successful partnership between all segments of our industry.
The Team
Jeff Gagnon
Jeff joined the WMS team in 2015 with 8+ years’ experience as a territory manager for the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Industry. He has extensive luxury product expertise, dealer relationships and is a natural presenter. Jeff is a Territory Manager and our Trade Service Manager for all territories we cover with the primary focus of drive specification & projects to the brands we represent.
Kelli Gagnon
Beginning in 1995 Kelli started her career in the Kitchen & Bath Industry first learning rough plumbing and then moved on to sales and management. In 2003, Kelli decided to take her showroom experience and skills to the manufacturer’s representative side of the luxury plumbing industry as a territory manager in Northern California. Kelli joined WMS in 2010.
Molly Rowland
Molly joined the WMSDR team in 2021 with 7+ years’ experience in the kitchen and bath industry. After 7 years as a showroom sales associate for a bay area plumbing and hardware showroom, her family relocated to the Sacramento area, where she joined our team as inside sales and customer service manager. Recently Molly has started to venture out and call on showrooms in Sacramento and the Central Valley.
